Our meeting is secured by zoom, only “authenticated” zoom users are able to join the meeting.
If you are getting a message that you have to be an “authenticated user”, it’s a zoom security layer.
We have updated the security to keep the room safer from trolls. Signing up for a zoom account is as easy as 1,2,3
Here are the steps you will need to take to join the meeting:
1, Click on this
2, Enter your date of birth. This is not stored and you can make it up if you have any problems with it
3, Enter your email. You will then get an email that you click on to verify you are a real person. THAT’S IT!
This brings you to a page which asks for name, password etc. but you don’t need to fill this in. Just select ‘Join Meeting” at the top right hand side
To mention again, the WIM (Womens International Marathon) zoom ID is: password (as shown)
