Fellowship weekend in Amsterdam (Flyer for download)
Friday 20th, Sat 21st and Sunday 22nd May 2022
Join us for a weekend of open AA meetings and fellowship activities in Amsterdam. All are welcome including friends and family !
There will be 3 open meetings throughout the weekend and planned events such as a city tour and dinner. There will also be plenty of opportunities for fellowship and relaxation.

Meetings:
Friday 20th: 7:30pm – 8:45pm (doors open 7:00pm)
Saturday 21st: 9:30am – 10:45am (doors open 9:00am)
Sunday 22nd: 1:30pm – 2:45pm (doors open 1:00pm)
Accommodation:
There are many accommodation options in and around Amsterdam but a reasonably good budget option is the A&O hostel in Amsterdam South East, which has single rooms at around €91 p/n. For those of a fancier inclination, we would recommend Bunk in Amsterdam North, which has small but chic rooms and ‘pods’ (right photo). There are also a number of hotels closer to the venue (see e.g. booking.com), but these are generally relatively expensive. Regardless of the hotel you choose, we definitely recommend early booking!
Transportation:
Schiphol airport is easily accessible from the UK. (See for example the Kayak or Skyscanner websites for flight options). There is also now a direct link from London St Pancras to Amsterdam Central via the Eurostar. Amsterdam is quite a small city and it is relatively easy to get around by metro, bus or tram or if you prefer the authentic Dutch experience, you can hire a bike!
Meeting venue:
All the meetings will be held at “Geschutswerf 12”. You can find the exact location using Google maps, but it is about a 25-minute walk from Amsterdam central station, or you can take bus #43 from behind central station (towards “Borneo Eiland”) and get off at “Kadijksplein” after which it is a short walk.
