Reasons for starting a new meeting vary, but the way to go is always the same. Important to establishing an A.A. meeting is the
- need for one as expressed by at least two or three alcoholics
- the cooperation of other A.A. members
- a meeting place
- a coffeepot

Once the meeting is off for a good start, it would be helpful to inform the aa-netherlands website, the local intergroup office and the General Service Office. These resources can provide much support.
